Introduction: Achieving the goals of the organization depends on the ability of the staff to perform assigned tasks and adapt to the environment. Training and development of human resources enables individuals to continue their work effectively and increase their efficiency in accordance with organizational and environmental changes. This study investigates HRD indicators in learning disorders experts in Tehran cities.
Methods: The method of the present study is descriptive, which falls within the scope of survey and attitude studies. The method of data collection is grounding the research process. The statistical population was all experts working in learning disabilities centers in Tehran in 1397. Kamkari and Jazni questionnaires (2008) were used to measure the knowledge, attitude and practice of experts towards human resource development indicators. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. Data analysis was performed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics with SPSS software (version 22).
Results: Findings showed a significant difference between theoretical means and empirical means in all components related to “awareness” and “attitude” in learning disability center experts compared to “human resource development indicators”. Thus, the level of “awareness” of experts in the centers of learning disabilities towards “indicators of human resource development” is lower than expected and the “attitude” of experts in the centers of learning disabilities towards “indicators of human resource development” It was higher than expected (desirable).
Conclusion: The results showed low level of knowledge of specialists in learning disabilities centers in the field of human resource development indexes and it also showed high attitude of these specialists in the field of human resource development indexes
