A Comparative, descriptive study of the e-Learning deployment solutions in the field of medical education

Background: E-Learning training is programs based on the electronic device. University of medical
sciences for health services have need of training human resources specialist. According to importance of
technology, identifying electronic components, medical education and use of technology leads to the cause
of education and the quality of the training.
Methods: Descriptive-comparative study by searching for Reliable sites, reputable journals, scopus, SID,
Google scholar, JISC, CSU, NYU and related books on the subject were analyzed. Basic solutions in the field
of e-learning in the field of medical education were presented.
Results: Medical Education three periods of general medicine, specialty and medical continuously divided.
E-learning method in this section: CME, virtual patients, simulation, software, application-based Learning
Problem, thesaurus, classified. Learning the basic principles of medical education is multimedia, modalities,
integrity, etc. To implement these principles, including Basic infrastructure, technological infrastructure and
cultural indicators of the program, vision, finance, communications... required standard structure.
Conclusions: According to the main principles of e-learning infrastructure without medicine, medical
universities of educational ideals will remain open, The way to deal with this challenge, offering a combination
of education, electronic imaging, telemedicine designing e-Learning Charter medicine. In the field of
organizational factors, environmental factors, technology, educational resources, information literacy, access
to e-learning consortium are medically necessary. This can be done by creating a policy, clear strategy and a
clear mission to a successful future ahead of Medical Sciences.
