								  | purpose of the present study is considering the class management of teachers at schools in the name of a hidden Curriculum program part and Relationshipself Esteemgirls at the six Grade of elementary course
 in abdanan. The researching method is mix method and the statistical communication is student girl of
 stage 6 elementary course in abdanan that studying at 1393-1394 educational year. And the simple is an
 available one (destination simple), consist of tow classes which in one the teacher uses the authoritatively
 teaching manner and another independently one. The measurement tool is the direct observation and the
 questionnaire researcher maker. We use the view of education sciences specialists to warranting the validity
 and permanency. Data analyzing show that the authoritative teacher could control most student, and there is
 much power division in his class. The low numbers of student are beening confirmed and they have low self
 esteemas even the clever ones get worry when answering the questions. But in the class with independently
 teacher, he fined the students in a same place and pay attention to all of them. Even the low level students
 not to be worry when answering the questions. The students have a friendship relationship with each other
 and with the teacher. And the teacher uses less from punishment and more from encouraging.
