fa بهره مندی بیشتر از محیط های یادگیری الکترونیکی با تکیه بر رویکرد حل مسأله e-learning Utilization Based on the Problem-Solving Approach تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه و اهداف: اﮔـﺮ ﻃﺮاﺣﺎن دوره‌های یادگیری اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮایﻨﺪ و اﻟﮕﻮﻫﺎی ﺣـﻞﻣـﺴﺌﻠﻪ ﺗﻮﺟـﻪ وِیـﮋه‌ایﮐﻨﻨـﺪ؛ ﺷـﺎﻫﺪﮔﺎﻣﻬای ﺑﻠﻨﺪی در اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ، ﺧﻮاﻫﯿﻢ ﺑـﻮد زیـﺮا یـﺎدﮔﯿﺮی ﻣﺒﺘﻨـﯽ ﺑـﺮ ﺣـﻞﻣـﺴﺌﻠﻪ، ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری را ﺑﺮای ﮐﺸﻒ ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﻣﯽآورد و ﺑﻪ یادگیرندگانﮐﻤﮏ ﻣﯽﮐﻨـﺪ ﺗـﺎ یﺎدﮔﯿﺮی‌هایشان را دروﻧﯽ ﺳﺎزﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪ درک و ﻓﻬﻢ ژرف یﺎﺑﻨﺪ. بر این‌ اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عواملی است که منجر به بهره‌مندی بیشتر از محیط‌های یادگیری الکترونیکی با تکیه بر رویکرد حل‌مسأله می‌باشند. روش‌ها: این مقاله از نوع مروری تشریحی و کتابخانه‌ای است. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از موتورهای جستجوگر و پایگاه داده‌های معتبر داخلی از جمله: civilica, irandoc ,Magiran, Noormags وخارجی شامل: Google Scholar, Science Direct, Information Database, Scientific و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و جستجو در کتاب‌ها، پایان‌نامه‌ها و مقالات علمی منتشره، با کلیدواژه‌های فارسی: یادگیری مبتنی بر مسأله، رویکرد مسأله‌محوری، محیط‌های حل‌مسأله، یادگیری الکترونیکی، یادگیری مجازی، آموزش از دور و کلیدواژه‌های: e-learning, Distance education, Problem-Oriented Approach, Problem solving environment استفاده شده است، که در طی این فرآیند 62 منبع مرتبط با موضوع که در بازه زمانی 1999- 2013 و 1378 - 1392 انجام پذیرفته بودند یافت شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش‌ها نشان داد که روش مبتنی بر حل مسأله درکل، احساس رضایت و لذت را در کاربران و مدرسین محیط‌های یادگیری الکترونیکی ایجاد می‌نماید ولی مشکلاتی از جمله ترس و احساس ناکامی، تنش در فراگیران، وقت گیر بودن و دشواری ارزشیابی در اجرای این شیوه گزارش شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان این‌گونه نتیجه‌گیری کرد که تدارک موفقیت‌آمیز دوره‌های یادگیری الکترونیکی با تکیه بر رویکرد حل‌مسأله نتایجی از این قرار دارد؛ سازماندهی برنامه درسی براساس مسأله‌ها نه دیسیپلین‌ها، پیوند کلاس با جهان واقعی، تاکید بر یادگیری خودراهبر و مادام‌العمر، تغییر نقش استادان از آموزش‌دهنده به تسهیلگر، تمرکز بر یادگیری مشارکتی.   Introduction & Objective: Paying attention to the process and approaches to the problem solving from the view of the e-learning courses designers, will improve the aspects of development. The problem-based learning provides the discovery structure and helps the students to internalize their learning. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that lead to more utilization of electronic learning environments based on the problem-solving approach. Methods: This is a review study. The data collected from the Google Scholar, Science Direct, Scientific Information Databases, Irandoc, Magiran, Civilica and, Noormag. The keywords were: problem-based learning, problem-oriented approach, problem-solving environments, e-learning, virtual learning, distance education, during the years 1999-2013. Results: Findings showed that the problem-solving method creates a sense of satisfaction and enjoyment in students and teachers of e-learning environments. The fear and frustration, learners’ stress, time-consuming, and the difficulty in an evaluation were the problems of the method implementation. Conclusion: There are some consequences with the appropriate provision of the e-learning courses, such as the link between the classes and the real world, organizing the problem-based curriculums, emphasizing the self- directed and lifelong learning, the role of teachers as the facilitators, and the cooperative Learning Environments. محیط‌ یادگیری, یادگیری الکترونیکی, رویکرد حل مسأله.
