fa توسعه و بهبود آموزش و یادگیری از طریق یادگیری ترکیبی Develop and improve teaching and learning through blended learning Teaching Development and Improvement through Blended Learning تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: امروزه آموزش‌های الکترونیکی درحال جایگزینی با شیوه‌های سنتی است. از طرفی تحقیقات نشان داده که آموزش‌های الکترونیکی نیز دارای محدودیت‌های خاص خود هستند و نمی‌توانند کاملا جایگزین آموزش سنتی شوند. بنابراین باوجود مزایا و معایب هر دو، متخصصان امور آموزشی سعی می‌کنند، روش‌های مختلف را باهم ترکیب کنند و معتقدند که یادگیری ترکیبی، یک رویکرد اثربخش برای حل این مشکلات است. هدف مقاله حاضر معرفی رویکرد یادگیری ترکیبی و بررسی میزان اثربخشی آن در فرآیند آموزش و یادگیری بود. روش: این مقاله از نوع مروری است. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از موتورهای جستجوگر و پایگاه داده‌های معتبر از جمله Magiran, Noormags, Science Direct, Google Scholar و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و جستجو در کتب و مقالات منتشره، استفاده شده است، که در طی این فرآیند 48 منبع مرتبط، در بازه زمانی 1993-2010 یافت شد و از 33 منبع استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها: یادگیری ترکیبی با داشتن مزیت‌های هر دو رویکرد آموزش (سنتی و الکترونیکی) یک رویکرد موثر برای افزایش اثربخشی یادگیری، سهولت دسترسی به مواد آموزشی و افزایش اثربخشی هزینه‌ها می‌باشد. همچنین به دلیل ارایه فرصت‌های مختلف به منظور یادگیری، موجب آن می‌شود که درکنار افزایش جذابیت آموزش، به تفاوت‌های فردی فراگیران نیز به طور مناسبی توجه شود، زیرا همه افراد به یک شیوه یاد نمی‌گیرند و به همین دلیل استفاده از روش‌های مختلف برای آموزش ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های مطالعه، شیوه ترکیبی در آموزش، آزادی‌عمل وسیع‌تری را در بهره‌مندی از محیط‌های آموزشی در اختیار کارشناسان آموزشی قرار می‌دهد و از این طریق موجب توسعه و بهبود آموزش و یادگیری می‌گردد؛ لذا توصیه می‌گردد اساتید از این روش هم در آموزش خود استفاده نمایند.   Introduction: E-learning is being replaced with traditional methods. The e-learning also has its own limitations and cannot be replaced by traditional education, completely. The educational experts try to mix e-learning and traditional learning in different ways, despite the advantages and disadvantages of the both methods. This article aims to introduce and evaluate blended learning approach in the both teaching and learning process. Methods: This article is a descriptive overview. This is a review article that is based on collecting data from electronic resources (Magiran, Scientific Information Database, Science Direct and, Google Scholar). The relative books and article were reviewed. In the period of time from 1993 to 2010, 33 from 48 related sources were used. Result: Blended learning is an effective approach to enhance the learning effectiveness, easy access to educational materials, and increasing the cost-effectiveness. This method increases the learning attractiveness and gives educational opportunities to learners. Also, all learners do not educate in the same method and student difference consider in the process of learning. Conclusion: The combined practices in education, gives greater freedom to educational experts to use the educational environment. So teaching development and improvement will be accrued.
