fa بررسی توصیفی تطبیقی راهکارهای استقرارسازی آموزش الکترونیکی عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>چکید ه</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>آموزش الکترونیک ارائه برنامه آموزشی مبتنی بر ابزار الکترونیکی است. دانشگا ههای علوم پزشکی جهت ارائه خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی نیازمند تربیت نیروی انسانی متخصص می باشند. با توجه به اهمیت تاثیر تکنولوژی،شناسایی اجزاء آموزش الکترونیک پزشکی و استفاده ازتکنولوژی به تحقق آرما نهای آموزش وکیفیت آموزشی منجر می گردد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>رو شها: </strong>مطالعه حاضر به صورت توصیفی- تطبیقی با جستجوی وسیع پایگاه های اینترنتی، نشریات معتبر، ،scopus</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">NYU ،CSU ،JISC ،Google scholar ،SID و کتب مرتبط در این زمینه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته ها: </strong>آموزش الکترونیکی در این مقاطع به روش آموزش مداوم پزشکی، بیمار مجازی، شبیه سازی، نرم افزارها،برنامه مبتنی برحل مساله، تزاروس و غیره طبقه بندی می گردد. اصول اساسی آموزش الکترونیک پزشکی شامل آموزش چندرسانه ای، مدالیته و یکپارچگی است. جهت پیاده سازی این اصول زیرساخت های اساسی از جمله زیرساخت فناوری، فرهنگی و شاخهای برنامه ای، چشم انداز، امورمالی، ارتباطات، ساختار و استانداردها مورد نیاز می باشد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>بحث و نتیجه گیری: </strong>باتوجه به این مهم که بدون وجود زیرساخت ها و اصول آموزش الکترونیک پزشکی، دانشگا ههای علوم پزشکی از تحقق آرما نهای آموزشی ترکیبی باز خواهند ماند، لذا راه های مقابله با این چالش؛ ارائه آموزش ترکیبی، تصویرسازیا لکترونیک، پزشکی ا ز راه دور و تدوین منشور آموزشا لکترونیک پزشکی می باشد. درا ین زمینه بررسی عوامل سازمانی، عوامل محیطی، تکنولوژی، منابع آموزشی، سواد اطلاعاتی، تشکیل کنسرسیوم جهت دستیابی به آموزش الکترونیک پزشکی ضروریا ست.ا ین ا مر با ایجادخط مشی، راهبرد مشخص و ماموریت روشن میتواند آینده موفقی را پیش روی علوم پزشکی قرارداد.</p> <br> Background: E-Learning training is programs based on the electronic device. University of medical<br> sciences for health services have need of training human resources specialist. According to importance of<br> technology, identifying electronic components, medical education and use of technology leads to the cause<br> of education and the quality of the training.<br> Methods: Descriptive-comparative study by searching for Reliable sites, reputable journals, scopus, SID,<br> Google scholar, JISC, CSU, NYU and related books on the subject were analyzed. Basic solutions in the field<br> of e-learning in the field of medical education were presented.<br> Results: Medical Education three periods of general medicine, specialty and medical continuously divided.<br> E-learning method in this section: CME, virtual patients, simulation, software, application-based Learning<br> Problem, thesaurus, classified. Learning the basic principles of medical education is multimedia, modalities,<br> integrity, etc. To implement these principles, including Basic infrastructure, technological infrastructure and<br> cultural indicators of the program, vision, finance, communications... required standard structure.<br> Conclusions: According to the main principles of e-learning infrastructure without medicine, medical<br> universities of educational ideals will remain open, The way to deal with this challenge, offering a combination<br> of education, electronic imaging, telemedicine designing e-Learning Charter medicine. In the field of<br> organizational factors, environmental factors, technology, educational resources, information literacy, access<br> to e-learning consortium are medically necessary.
