fa گردآوری اطلاعات شکل گیری ساختار مراکز توسعه آموزش علوم پزشکی ایران عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>چکید ه</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>در حال حاضر آموزش علوم پزشکی تحت تاثیر عمیق مراکز توسعه آموزش دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی در سراسر ایران است. این مطالعه، با هدف آشناسازی با اصول و مبانی تغییر نظام آموزش علوم پزشکی در جهان و شکل گیری ساختار مراکز توسعه آموزش پزشکی در ایران تدوین شده است.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>رو شها: </strong>این پژوهش یک مطالعه مروری است که با استفاده از منابع متعدد در زمینه آموزش علوم پزشکی و مراکز توسعه آموزش با جستجوی کتابخانه ای و اینترنتی تدوین شده است.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته ها: </strong>توسعه آموزش علوم پزشکی، یکی از اهداف مهم وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی میباشد. در سا لهای اخیر با ایجاد تغییر و تحول در اهداف و فرآیندهای اجرایی و مدیریتی، این مراکز اهمیت ویژه ای در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی یافته است. اقداماتی چون برگزاری جشنواره آموزشی شهید مطهری، دانش پژوهی آموزشی، اهمیت توانمندسازی اساتید، پژوهش و توسعه در آموزش، ارزیابی درونی، اعتباربخشی و رتبه بندی مراکز توسعه، آموزش پاسخگو و فرآیندهای جاری آموزش مداوم جامعه پزشکی از مرکز مطالعات نمونه هایی از تحولات توسعه آموزش در ایران می باشند.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>بحث و نتیجه گیری: </strong>با ایجاد مراکز توسعه آموزش در دانشگا ه های علوم پزشکی، نگاه سنتی اعضای هیات علمی به آموزش تغییر کرده و مدرسین به این باور رسید ه اند که تدریس، بکارگیری هنرمندان هی علم است. اما، بنظر م یرسد علیرغم تحولات قابل توجه ای که توسط این مراکز ایجاد شده، عواملی مانند: کمبود منابع مالی مراکز و نامناسب بودن نظام پرداخت اعضای هیات علمی آموزشی در مقایسه با درمان و دیگر مسایل، مانع از ایفای نقش کامل در ارتقای کیفی آموزش است. لذاضروری است موانع و مشکلات پیش روی دانشگا ه ها برداشته شود تا بتوانند به عنوان مراکز توسعه آموزش کانون تولید ایده و نوآوری در آموزش علوم پزشکی فعالیت نمایند و بتدریج به یک مرکز اداری و اجرایی در دانشگا ه ها&nbsp; تبدیل نشوند.</p> <br> Background: Currently, medical education is affected by the Education Development Centers (EDC)<br> of Medical Sciences universities in Iran. The aims of this studywere to introduce the principles of change<br> inmedical education system in the world and to form the structure of medical education development centers<br> in Iran.<br> Methods: This is a review article thatusing multiple sources in the field of medical education and<br> educationdevelopment centers through library and internetresearch.<br> Results: Development of Medical Education is one of the essential objectives of the Ministry of Health and<br> Medical Education. In the recent years, along withchanges in objectives and the administrative processes,<br> these centers have a special importance in medical universities. Activities such asholding shahidMotahari<br> educational festival, educational scholarship, and the importance ofthe professors&rsquo;empowerment, research<br> and development in education, internal evaluation, accreditation and ranking the development centers,<br> responsive education and current processes of continuing medical education are the examples of changes<br> of education development in Iran.<br> Conclusions: By providing Education Development Centers, the traditional view of faculty members to<br> education has been changed and teachers have come to believe that teachingis artily utilization of science.<br> But it seems that despite significant changes created by these centers, some factors prevent the full role<br> play in the qualitative improvement of the education such as: lack of funds and the inappropriateness of the<br> payment system toeducational faculty members compared with the clinical faculty members.
