fa بررسی عملکرد تدریس اثربخش اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه اصفهان بر اساس رویکرد ارزشیابی دانشجویان The Study of Effective Teaching Performance of Faculty Members of Isfahan University Based on Students’ Evaluation Approach عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و اهداف: بررسی عملکرد تدریس اثربخش اعضای هیات علمی از طریق ارزشیابی دانشجویان، از موثرترین روش‌ها برای شناخت بهتر نقاط قوت و ضعف عملکرد آموزشی است که می‌تواند بستری را برای رشد کیفیت تدریس استادان فراهم نماید. در همین راستا مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی عملکرد تدریس اثربخش اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه اصفهان، بر اساس رویکرد ارزشیابی دانشجویان انجام گردید. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر در نیمسال اول سال تحصیلی96- 1395 با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به روش مقطعی انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق مشتمل بر کلیه اعضای هیئت علمی گروه‌های علوم انسانی دانشگاه اصفهان بود که 54 نفر از آنها با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس در مطالعه مشارکت داده شدند. هر عضو هیات علمی توسط تعدادی از دانشجویان کلاسهای درسش مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. انتخاب نمونه از بین دانشجویان، بر اساس فهرست کل دروس و کلاسهای درس استادان مشارکت کننده در مطالعه بود که سه کلاس درس از هر استاد به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و در مجموع 2210 نفر از دانشجویان در پژوهش مشارکت داده شدند. ابزار مطالعه، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته تدریس اثربخش بود و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 20 و شاخص‌های آماری فراوانی، درصد، میانگین، انحراف معیار، آزمون T مستقل، تحلیل واریانس و آزمون توکی انجام شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن است که اعضای هیئت علمی در انجام تدریس اثربخش به ترتیب در مولفه‌های روابط انسانی (با میانگین و انحراف معیار56/2±01/15)، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی (با میانگین و انحراف معیار47/3±78/14)، مدیریت کلاس (با میانگین و انحراف معیار94/1±71/13)، اجرای تدریس (با میانگین و انحراف معیار06/2±47/13)، ارزشیابی (با میانگین و انحراف معیار04/3±45/13) و طراحی تدریس (با میانگین و انحراف معیار49/2± 17/13)، بیشترین تا کمترین نمره را کسب کردند. همچنین بر اساس جدول استاندارد مطلوبیت، عملکرد تدریس اثربخشِ اعضای هیئت علمی، در مجموع در حد نسبتاً مطلوبی بوده است و به تفکیک مولفه‌ها، در مولفه‌های طراحی تدریس، اجرای تدریس، مدیریت کلاس و ارزشیابی در حد نسبتاً مطلوب و در مولفه‌های روابط انسانی و ویژگی‌های مطلوب شخصیتی، در حد مطلوب بوده است. نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر بیانگر عدم مطلوبیت کلیِ عملکرد تدریس اثربخش اعضای هیات علمی و همچنین عدم مطلوبیت عملکرد استادان در مولفه‌های طراحی تدریس، اجرای تدریس، مدیریت کلاس و ارزشیابی بوده است که بیانگر وجود ضعف‌های جدی در عملکرد تدریس اثربخش استادان است.   Background and Objectives: To survey the effective teaching performance of faculty members through student evaluation, is one of the most effective methods to understand the strengths and weaknesses of educational performance better, which can provide a platform for improving the teaching quality of professors. In this regard, the present study was conducted to evaluate the effective teaching performance of the faculty members of Isfahan University based on the student’s assessment approach. Materials and Method: This research was carried out in the first semester of the academic year 1395-96 using descriptive-analytic method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all faculty members of Humanities from Isfahan University that 54 of them were participated in the study by available sampling method. Each faculty member was evaluated by a number of students in their classrooms. Sample selection of the students was based on the total list of lessons and classrooms of the participating instructors in the study in which three classrooms from each teacher were selected by simple random sampling method and a total of 2210 students participated in the study. Instrument of the study was a researcher-made questionnaire designed for effective teaching and data analysis using SPSS software version 20 and frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, analysis of variance and Tukey test were performed. Results: The findings of this study indicate that the faculty members in effective teaching gained the highest score to the lowest in components such as human relations (with a mean and standard deviation of 15.01 ± 2.50), personality traits (with a mean and standard deviation of 14/78 ± 3/47), classroom management (with a mean and standard deviation of 13/71 ± 1/94), teaching (with a mean and standard deviation of 13/47 ± 2/06), and evaluation (with a mean and standard deviation of 13/45 ± 3/04) and teaching design (with a mean and standard deviation of 13.17 ± 2.49), respectively. Also, according to the standard table of utility, the effective teaching performance of the faculty members in all was fairly favorable and by component differentiation, in the components of teaching design, teaching, classroom management and evaluation was relatively favorable and in the components of human relations and personality traits has been desirable. Conclusion: Overall, the findings of the present study not only did indicate the lack of desirability of effective teaching performance of faculty members but also the professors’ performance in the components of teaching design, teaching, classroom management and evaluation, which represented serious weaknesses in effective teaching performance of professors. تدریس اثربخش, اعضای هیات علمی, ارزشیابی, دانشجویان.
