fa بررسی اخلاق حرفه ای- سازمانی از دیدگاه معلمان در مدارس متوسطه شهر سنندج عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>مفهوم اخلاق یک ضرورت است و وجود آن برای سلامت زندگی فردی، سازمانی و سلامت جامعه ضروری می باشد.&nbsp;حد فاصلی این پژوهش بررسی اخلاق حرف های- سازمانی از دیدگاه معلمان در مدارس متوسطه شهر سنندج در سال تحصیلی 1391 می باشد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>رو شها: </strong>این پژوهش جزء مطالعات کاربردی و برحسب روش و شیوه گردآوری داده ها از نوع تحقیقات پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه معلمان مدارس متوسطه دولتی شهر سنندج می باشد،ا ز طریق جدول مورگان، تعداد 322 معلم به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای و تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها نیز پرسش نامه استاندارد اخلاق حرفه ای کارکس و کاوکبس بوده که با انجام یک پیش آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به مقدار 82 / 0 محاسبه گردید. داده های گردآوری شده نیز از طریق آمار توصیفی و آزمون های تی مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه تحلیل گردید.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته ها: </strong>یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که بین ادراک معلمان از ا خلاق حرفه ای- سازمانی در مدرسه بر حسب متغیرهای سن، جنسیت، تحصیلات و سابقه کاری تفاوت معنا داری وجود دارد. همچنین،نتایج نشان داد که معلمان زن با سن بالا و بامدارک تحصیلی بالاتر و با سابقه کاری بیشتر در مقایسه با جوان ترها، مردان، دارندگان مدارک تحصیلی پایین تر و دارندگان سابقه کاری کمتر، مقوله اخلاق حرفه ای- سازمانی را در مدرسه مثبت تر درک کرده اند.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>مطابق با نتایج به دست آمده و همچنین با توجه به اهمیت مدرسه به عنوان یک سازمان اخلاقی، شایسته است که دستورالعمل ها و معیارهای اخلاقی مناسب و انعطاف پذیری را به بدنه آن تزریق کرد، در غیر این صورت یک مدرسه نمی تواند به تغییرا خلاقی دست یابد و وضع دشوار و تعارض هایی جدی در خصوص دستورالعمل ها&nbsp;و تفاهم نامه های اخلاقی آن به وجود می آید.</p> <br> Purpose: The moral is imperative and it&rsquo;s essential for personal, organizational and community health.<br> The primary purpose of this study is Organizational - professional ethics from the perspective of teachers in<br> the Sanandaj high schools in the school year 2011-2012.<br> Research Design: This study is an applied research and according to its method of collecting data is<br> considered being descriptive-survey study. Its statistical population consists of all teachers in public the<br> Sanandaj high schools. 322 teachers participated were selected by methods cluster and simple random<br> sampling through Morgan table. Data were gathered by standard questionnaire of Karakse and Kocabas<br> professional ethics, and their reliability (0/82) were calculated and confirmed through cronbach&rsquo;s alpha<br> coefficient. Collected data&rsquo;s as well as analyzing by<br> Findings: The findings of the study indicate that significant differences existed between the opinions of<br> teachers about Organizational - professional ethics in term of age, gender, academic degree and years of<br> experience.
