fa آموزش اخلا ق پزشکی در محیطهای نظامی انتظامی و امنیتی عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>چکید ه</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>ضوابط و کدهای اخلاقی خاصی وی، حقوق کادر پزشکی، محیط های طبی و حقوق متقابل مجموعه محیط پزشکی با مجموعه های بیرونی و غیرپزشکی است که اعتدال و توازن حقوق و مسئولیت طرفین در موارد یادشده و سلامت کلی روابط پزشکی را تضمین می نماید ولی به نظر می رسد که تنظیم این روابط در مورد مسائلی مانند: رازداری پزشکی، اظهار و ک تمان بیماری، قبول و یا عدم قبول درمان، ترک درمان، اهدا عضو، انواع یوتانازی و غیره سازمان های نظامی، انتظامی و امنیتی در چهارچوب های متفاوتی قابل بررسی باشد. این مقاله به بررسی تفاوت ماهوی و کاربردی مسائل فوق در محیط های غیرنظامی و نظامی در حوزه اخلاق پزشکی می پردازد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>موا د و روشها: </strong>روابط پزشکی با توجه به رویکرد مکاتب اخلاقی فضیلت، وظیفه و نتیجه گرا برای مسائل اساسی حوزه اخلاق پزشکی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و با توجه به ویژگی های ذاتی خود، حقوق و مسئولیت های متقابل طرفین رابطه، اجزای رابطه با عنایت به اصول کلی اخلاق عمومی و اخلاق حرفه ای تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته ها: </strong>بیمار و مجموعه ارائه کننده خدمات پزشکی در محیط های نظامی، انتظامی و امنیتی ماهیت و موضوع های به نسبت متفاوتی از شرایط معمول و مرسوم اجتماعی دارند و ضرورت انجام بهینه ماموریت های ذاتی و پیرامونی مجموعه های دارای ماهیت نظامی- امنیتی، تنظیم ضوابط وکدهای اخلاق حرفه ای پزشکی در این مجموعه ها را در چهارچوب خاص و متفاوت از چهارچوب معمول در محیط های پزشکی مدنی (غیرنظامی) قابل توجیه و موجه می نماید.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>بحث و نتیجه گیری: </strong>تضمین سلامت نیروی انسانی و حفظ تداوم بهینه فکری و جسمانی مجموعه پرسنل در محیط های نظامی،ا نتظامی و امنیتی، از پارامترهای تعیین کننده برای حفظ راندمان کاری و انجام وظیفه بهینه این سازما نهاست و تنظیم واقعگرایانه، دوراندیشانه و جامع کدهای اخلاق پزشکی برای این محیط ها بر توانایی و پتانسیل خدمت دهی این واحدها و تسهیل وتسریع امور خواهد افزود.</p> <br> Background: Confidentiality is a core value in medicine and public health, yet, like other core values, it is<br> not absolute. Medical ethics has typically allowed the breach of confidentiality when there is a credible threat<br> of significant harm to an identifiable third party. Applied medical ethics may vary in cases related to military<br> or civil environments in matter such as medical confidence, treatment acceptance or refusal, organ donation<br> and different types of euthanasia. The main purpose of this article is to survey the different aspects of the<br> subject in each of the mentioned fields.<br> Material and methods: Ethical codes relating to various medical subjects and according to the enumerable<br> principles of virtual ethics, deontology and utilitarianism were examined. The rights and responsibilities of the<br> health care staff, patient and the patient&rsquo;s relatives were analyzed with regard to the mentioned principles.<br> Results: The health care staff and patients in military environments have rather different conditions and<br> responsibilities in comparison to civilians. The necessity of carrying out their duties by the staff well requires<br> and optimally organized and specific structure of ethical laws and professional codes.<br> Conclusion: ensuring the health of the staff and their physical and mental stability I military establishment<br> is essential in order to guarantee a high efficiency relating the responsibilities expected of such organization. A<br> thoughtful and well managed charter od laws and ethical codes will ensure a high standard level of healthcare<br> services provided by such organs.
