fa بررسی مدیریت کلاس معلمان در مدارس به عنوان جزئی از برنامه درسی پنهان و ارتباط آن باعزت نفس دانش آموزان دختر پایه ششم ابتدایی شهر آبدانان عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>چکید ه</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>هدف و زمینه: </strong>پژوهش حاضر بررسی مدیریت کلاس معلمان در مدارس به عنوان جزئی از برنامه درسی پنهان و ارتباط آن با عزت نفس دانش آموزان دختر پایه ششم ابتدایی شهر آبدانان می باشد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مواد و روش ها: </strong>روش انجام پژوهش از نوع آمیخته بود و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دختر پایه ششم ابتدایی شهر آبدانان که در سال تحصیلی 94 - 93 مشغول به تحصیل بوده اند، می باشد. نمونه این پژوهش یک نمونه در دسترس و شامل دو کلاس م یباشد که، یکی از آن ها دارای معلمی است که در اداره کلاس از روش اقتدارگرا استفاده می کنند و دیگری دارای معلمی ا ست که ا ز روش ا ستقلال گرا ا ستفاده می کند.ا بزار ا نداز ه گیری نیز شامل مشاهده مستقیم و پرسش نامه محقق ساخته است که برای تضمین روایی و پایایی آن از نظرات متخصصان علوم تربیتی استفاده شده است.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته ها: </strong>نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داد هها حاکی از آن است که، معلم اقتدارگرا در اداره کلاس بیشتر دانش آموزان را کنترل می کند، در کلاس او تقسیم قدرت زیادی به چشم می خورد و تعداد معدودی از دانش آموزان مورد توجه معلم هستند، دانش آموزان ا و ا ز عزت به نفس پایینی برخوردارهستند به گونه ای که حتی زمانی که دانش آموزان زرنگ کلاس پایه تابلو می روند، دچار استرس و اضطراب می شوند. ولی در کلاس معلم استقلا ل گرا معلم به همه دانش آموزان به یک نحو نگاه می کند و به همه آ نها توجه دارد، دانش آموزان حتی دانش آموزانی که از نظر درسی پایینتر از دیگران هستند هنگام رفتن پایه تابلو استرس ندارند، روابط دانش آموزان با هم و با معلم مبتنی بر صمیمیت است، معلم کمتر از تنبیه و بیشتر از تشویق استفاده می کند.</p> purpose of the present study is considering the class management of teachers at schools in the name of<br> a hidden Curriculum program part and Relationshipself Esteemgirls at the six Grade of elementary course<br> in abdanan. The researching method is mix method and the statistical communication is student girl of<br> stage 6 elementary course in abdanan that studying at 1393-1394 educational year. And the simple is an<br> available one (destination simple), consist of tow classes which in one the teacher uses the authoritatively<br> teaching manner and another independently one. The measurement tool is the direct observation and the<br> questionnaire researcher maker. We use the view of education sciences specialists to warranting the validity<br> and permanency. Data analyzing show that the authoritative teacher could control most student, and there is<br> much power division in his class. The low numbers of student are beening confirmed and they have low self<br> esteemas even the clever ones get worry when answering the questions. But in the class with independently<br> teacher, he fined the students in a same place and pay attention to all of them. Even the low level students<br> not to be worry when answering the questions. The students have a friendship relationship with each other<br> and with the teacher.
